The Gov. signed it into law on March 6. That's also the anniversary of the the Dread Scott decision. What a fitting way to commemorate 2nd class citizenship.
And what kind of an asshole names their slave "Dread" Scott? Can you imagine the teasing that guy had to put up with? "Hey Dread. Ya know what I dread? You. Ahahahaha." No wonder he stole himself to freedom.
